I have taken owner assisted package. They are disconnecting my call and not sending any tenent. They are not receiving call in the call centre. My RM is not receiving my call. What is the use of taking the package. They are not at all treating me as a customer. They are avoiding me. Is this they way a customer is treated. If they are not intrested then they have to refund my amount. Why they are cheating me. They are not at all cheating the customers and also illtreating the customers. Why the have opened the company just to cheat the customers and illtreat the customers. U have to take serious action against them. Why they have kept the customer care no.
