I purchased the Moneyback package deal from housing.com. I was assigned an amateur RM, who herself insisted i change her as she will not be available. I specifically asked her to do so, as i have an urgent requirement of finding a home within 2-3 days. Even after sharing the preference and requirements, the RM shared ridiculous options, not even upto the preference i shared, and asked me to talk to the owner directly. Upon raising a refund request, on the 3rd day, they have refused to refund the amount.
Wherein, i made sure to ask the customer executive before initiating the transaction, the terms and conditions for 100% refund, it was confirmed by her that full refund would be made upon unsatisfactory service, provided it is made within 7 days.
Extremely disappointed of housing.com
