I had taken paid plan on 7th Dec but despite repeatedly calling on call Centre, listing never got re-posted. Call Centre is always on Call Wait and posting never got activated till 9th morning. Need Refund as Housing.com provides inadequate services. My property is already rented through a dealer. Today afternoon an agent called and has activated my incomplete property without even checking my email which listing was supposed to be re-posted. It is again an example of incomplete and low services.
My property is already rented. I need refund of Rs. 708/- as I never got the services on time. I am not leaving the matter without getting my refund. Please provide. I can share my bank details on asking. Please do not stretch the matter further and sanction refund.
