Housr — Refund not given

I paid Rs.72, 000 to Housr for a stay at their DLF Phase-1, Gurugram property.
The amount included one month's stay and security deposit (both Rs.36, 000).

I paid them the amount in 2 instalments, with Rs.10, 000 paid on 21st February 2023 and remaining Rs.62, 000 paid on 26th February 2023.
Due to some reason I had to vacate the property on 5th march 2023 and I initiated them of the same on 28th February.
I was told I'd get the refund of security deposit after a month of vacating the property, which was 5th April 2023.

Now, they're not responding to my messages or requests.
The concerned people are Pratyansh ([protected]) & Shivam ([protected]).

Please do the needful at the earliest.
