New lenses were fitted on my glasses and delivered to me on 18th September 2024 by M/s Bathla Optics, Sector 16 Market, Faridabad, Haryana, India as per the bill no[protected] / B10997 uploaded. On use of the new lenses, I found that while viewing the laptop, the top of the laptop appeared narrower than the bottom and the general view by these lenses was not very clear. On complaining to M/s Bathla Optics, I was told that at times such a problem occurs, but then it corrects by itself. However, I did not find any improvement and the distortion and unclear view persists till date, hence this complaint to you.
