Hp — Authorized service centre fraud

My laptop display gets unknown error. I give my laptop to service centre. Service centre engineer told me that my laptop LCD screen get damaged. My laptop is out of warranty. Raju (A guy at service centre) at HP Service told me- "7000 rupees do Tumhari warranty badha dunga. Agar aise repair karaoge to 10, 000 lagega". Then I sad ok fine. I gave him 7000. After few days I have called at HP Service centre on 2nd June 2015. He gets angry and said-"Tumhara paisa nahi khaunga barosa nahi hai to laptop le jao" (Actually I have called at service centre not at his phone number). After that I get my laptop. Then I checked that my LCD is not replaced. Then I told Raju that what the he'll?? Hee told me that there is no error on LCD. You're display cable gets damaged. I told him about Bill. He send me fake Bill of 7000. My friends gets the same issue in his laptop. HP Service centre Patna charge him 9, 000. I call at Hp complaint desk. They don't take action. PLEASE HELP ME!
