We continuously follow up with your service centre at Mumbai Groegaon W ([protected]@jabil.com). Mr. Pratik & Team.
Problem are as below.
Battery Issue
Charging Issue
Motherboard replace 4 times, but same issue every time.
Using Tab more than 7 to10 Min its extremely HITTING & we unable to touch in my hear.
More than 2&half Month having same issue.
Kindly note that your service centre unable to support us. They unable to call me & update the status. WHY ???????
Every time we call & get the status from your service centre.
YOUR TEAM NOT CAPABLE TO WORK WITH CLOSELY OR INTERESTED WITH THE CUSTOMERS
As per you’re globally tag line as below, but your service centre fail to do.
Please make sure to get in touch with customer first.
