Hp — Complaint regarding my hp laptop which is still in warranty | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a user of hp laptop which has gone off in its initial months, reported (Complaint no-[protected]) the issue for the first time, motherboard problem was detected. Then something was performed by your engineer but no solution came in, then again a problem relating start button was identified and yet again no solution came in from your ignorant engineer in the midst of all this suddenly my complaint was closed without any resolution. Then again i lodged another complaint (Complaint no - [protected]-471) where a new engineer in his visit told the issue is regarding battery. I am not sure that the people sent by you are even educated about the matter in any way. It has been a long time and i have received no solution from the end of hp and if things don't turn good soon, i may need to approach the consumer forum. Heard that hp is a trusted brand but if this is the service where a consumer with a not working device is being harassed for months then the matter should be raised to a higher level.
