My friend purchase a new laptop on 10 may 2015 from one of the store of hp. first week it's work fine but from next week the laptop is not working. We face a issue in DVD player. It was not accepting the DVD. One hp engineer visit home and he change the DVD player. After some days again we face a new problem. The laptop got shut down in between. We lost our office work and daily. We work on that for a hour and after some it's got shut down. We call them and did't got any response. Also we don't have complaint number. How can we used this laptop if it's work like that. We spend around thirty thousand RS/- on that and they provide us a bad laptop as well as the service. Please Help.
