[Resolved]  Hp Gas Agency — change my consumer name

respected sir. i'm sk.shaheda residence of kavali, spsr nellore dist, a.p. i have an account in hp gas. recently my consumer was blocked.my comsumer no.715295. why because actually my name is sk.shaheda, but my name has changed into sk.shajahan in hp gas connection.so my account was blocked. I want to change my name into sk.shaheda. i have all proofs i'm sk.shaheda such as like ration card, adhar card. my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com i awaiting for your quick reply please sent me how i change my name.
