Dear sir,
Subject - lpg subsidy not receiving from last around 2 years
This is regarding my mother asha rani account having lpg consumer no. 104034 and we are facing problem to get subsidy in my mother state bank of patiala bank account, initially subsidy was received in same account but suddenly from around last 2 years we are not receiving subsidy we realize this in aug 2018 when we visit bank, after then a plenty of times we visit gas agency as well as bank to rectify the error but both parties are blaming each other and from last around 3 months agency manager mr. Charu is saying that it will be resolve in 1 week only but we still stand with no result till today.. Request you to help me to get subsidy as soon as possible so that i can survive in today costly life.
