My hp consumer no-600832

I have booked gas via my hp application with prepaid mode on 10 june
But not deliver
My distributor says he cannot deliver payment not done
He advised me for cash on delivery for this order

Why i pay cash on delivery
I have already paid for this booking
But i have deducted money and successful booked gas
Please check my booking details for transaction details and give my delivery
