I am facing display issue with my laptop. There is white line on the edge of my left and top border. I have raised a case with HP sending them videos and pictures of the display and they took almost 5 days to response to my complaint because in their language, they need to verify the issue. After getting a response, they are saying that the issue is because someone used or placed a sharp object on the screen causing the display issue. why would I damage my own laptop when I use it to do my work. My product is in warranty till[protected] and I have HP care pack. I think they don't want to provide me display replacement because my warranty is about to expire. Their customer executive also rudely made an allegation that I have damaged my laptop. If we were to test that laptop has any physical damage then I would surely win the case against this false allegation. I have have my invoice in place too.
