purchased a hp deskjet 3540 e all in one series printer from hp dealer product model A9T81B & product serial CN487133C9 on 10 July 2015 & after eleven days the printer started displaying error mode on 21 July 2015 the authorised dealer was intimated & he sent his staff who registered a complaint hp toll free no & service order case no 5369942 was given by email. On 24/07/15 an engineer from authorised service centre Ensure support services(India) Ltd inspected my printer & handed a memo no 690 & said card component was defective & has to be replaced & it will take 15 days for the component to be replaced & left.
The service centre should replace my printer immediately or replace the defective part immediately as I am running a pollution testing centre & iam suffering loses as I have to print certificates.
