[Resolved] Hp — hp hp india - back to college offer 2019 | |
I bought my hp laptop with back to college offer in august, 2019. I registered for the offer online after a few days and paid 5097 for all the additional things. I was told that i will receive the bang & olufson beoplay h4 headset within 4-8 weeks maximum. It has been more than 6 months now and i have still not received the headphones. The customer care representative says it will take more time and the inconvenience is due to issues in importing it from another country. Even though the same headset is available in india, they are not delivering it. Bad customer service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
