I bought my hp laptop with back to college offer in august, 2019. I registered for the offer online after a few days and paid 5097 for all the additional things. I was told that i will receive the bang & olufson beoplay h4 headset within 4-8 weeks maximum. It has been more than 6 months now and i have still not received the headphones. The customer care representative says it will take more time and the inconvenience is due to issues in importing it from another country.
