Purchased a laptop - NB PC Pavilion - HP in September 2014. The laptop is not working . Lodged complaint thru email. HP replied that the complaint needs to be lodged thru telephone on contact on[protected]. Despite trying several times, this no.gets disconnected without any representative coming on the line. Unable to comprehend that HP has such a poor service support. Terribly unhappy with the entire episode. The laptop is not even a year old and the response from HP is miserable.
