[Resolved]  Hp — I didn't see my operating system in hp support after identification of my product

Actually i didint see my operating system in hp support after identification of my product my laptop while purchasing it was the DOS then am installed the windows 10 but due to the technical errors i was changed to the windows 8.1 so after applying for the drivers for my products
