HP India — (1.5)+ months finished issue not solved till now!

I have mention all the details above regarding my single notebook issue. Past 50+ days i am faceing issue. Every time your support team recovered my notebook to their service center takeing 10-15 days, & return me again issue has not resolved. As per my experience with your support team, they are getting defected hardware, that's why issue come again & again and till now has not been resolved. My simple & clear concern to all of you is how long will you take time to close a single case?
Kindly, immediate resolve my issue & do needful as you can.
