I have purchased laptop 15s-dr3500TX, sr no SN# CND1141656 i have issue for laptop overheating and battery back up is not more than 2hrs, my on line case no is [protected], i am continuously chessing with online customer no but unfortunately after 8 to 10 times I am not got any satisfied answer, & my case yet not resolved, i am frusted with services provided online hence tried this, if still i am not able to get solution from company i will go in legal
