[Resolved] HP India — About windows 8 operating system | |||||
Dear sir, I, Ravi, have complained a case for my newly brought hp laptop which was with windows 8. The windows was crashed/ most probably deleted and the Case Id- [protected]. This laptop is within 3months of purchase. so, They told that they will come repair but till now nobody is responding to the call. I talked to customer service and they gave me a number to contact. But when I told my case Id they kept the phone on hold for a long time and didn't respond at all. I, need to talk to higher authority with your so much arrogant and worst support service. If the system is within the warranty period they why are hesitating to solve the problem. Before this case, I have some problem in dell pc but they repaired within a day. Before this, in our lab we have another Hp workstation and in that machine there was a problem with mother board, but the engineer came and told to replace the power adaptor and it remain for 15 days. we tried to call the service centre but they received the call and put that call on hold for 30minutes, so we are forced to end the call. The dealing with Hp service centre is a worst thing.
