When the product was sold i was informed that it is extended warranty and support on site.
The os ms office 10 - in built - in spite of several complaints that ms office is not synchronizing i get vague excuses and promises of help which has not come so far.
I want this resolved on site as i am 65 years old and am not willing to travel when it is on site as assured.
If the issue is not resolved within 24 hours you can be sure i will escalate it - to begin with 'deficiency of service and product. I am an end user and without a laptop i lose my earning capacity.
