Hi

We are facing the same error of the blue screen after every 10-12 days leading the the computer restarting. This is the third time I'm facing this issue and you had closed the request after your engineer visited. But he was not a trained person and could not solve my issue that is why It has relapsed. We have been facing this error since so long please help us solve it. Your mail is attached herewith.

Why have I received the mail regarding case closure when my problem is not solved.(mail attached) I am so disappointed with your services. My system keeps hanging at least 5 times a day and your services are so slow. Please take some action urgently!

The problems are increasing, The blue screen keeps coming, the laptop is heating up and it keeps hanging. I was told that the engineer would visit but I didn’t receive any visit. Not even a call. I had a good image of the HP after sales services but I'm so disappointed. Please rectify this problem and get back to me.
