I have brought an all in one hp desktop on 22nd and the microphone hardware is having some issues. I tried 10 times by calling on support toll free number given by the dealer who sold it. Every time they used age old call centre tricks to listen to the issue but will not give me a complaint number. Even virtual support and raised a case no:[protected]. I tried call center number and 10 times they just disconnected my call by saying that they cannot hear after knowing the issue. But all i was asking them to take complaint and send an hardware engineer to replace the defective microphone hardware. Hp call center are very bad and worse experience, they think that just because they can disconnect our calls by saying they can't hear, it only reflects how bad and worse hp product experiences are.
