[Resolved] HP India — b & o headphones not received

I purchase my laptop in july and hp was running a campaign to promote \ sell their products under back to college offer and they haven't completely delivered the services, the b&o headphones offered have not been received till, i am planning to file a complaint against them in consumer court. Even they need 1 month time to profile extended coverage and other benefits which are in house.

II purchased a lap top 11 months cak. Now the Key B is not working properly. You can see the last word in first sentence. This is a major issue for my work.
