[Resolved]  HP India — Battery Replacement in warranty Period

Sir, With great pain and anguish i am reporting that recently i had some issues with battery of my new laptop. Accordingly i went to your authorised service center namely "Jabil Global Services #147, Sector-5, IMT Manesar Gurgaon- 122051" on 10th Oct 2014. My notebook has keyboard and battery issue. When i asked staff to fix the battery issue, they were giving nonsense excuses. I told him that my notebook still under warranty period. it is pertinent to mention here that my notebook is still under warranty.and there is no reason for any sane person to act in any manner which will be detrimental to the warranty. Service center has quoted the battery price as 7032 INR . I hope readdresses of my grievance will be just and by earliest. Regards, Surendra Kumar
