I have logged my case under adp 22 feb 2020. After that service engineer visit 25th feb and examine laptop and do all formalities. After that i follow up several times, calling, e mailing,
I have been informed by your service coordinator (Nupur das) & service centre purnea bihar on 5th of march that my unit will be replaced, and i will get the replaced unit with 2 to 3 working days. Its been 12 days but i have not received my replaced unit yet.
Again i many times calling your toll free number and calling your floor supervisor and highlighted the case and also many mails in your doa team but still now no resolution.
Kindly do the needful and send my replaced unit at the earliest.

Upar diye gaye sabhi option ko maine about 100 times call and 20 time mail reminder kr chuka hu but abhi tak mere lappy ka problem solve nhi hua hai. Ye kaisa services hai aapka ki customer ke problem ko solve krne ka bajay aap unke problems ko hi increase kr rhe ho. About 1 month hone wala hai or problem solution zero. Agr ye aapka service hai to sorry aisa service humein nhi chahiye.
