My son who is pursuing mba in mumbai purchased a hp pavilion 14ce 3022tx on 18th of may, 2020 & was delivered on 20th of may, 2020. Hardly using it for a month it started showing hardware problem and lodged a complain on 15th july, 2020. But hp technician couldn't resolve the problem till today and he informed my son that the laptop had multiple issues and then took it to the service centre promising him to give a standby as his online classes as well as examinations are going on. We tried our level best to make them understand the seriousness of the problem and asking them for a replacement since it is under warranty period & the laptop has multiple issues. But hp is not hearing our request and even misbehaving with us. They have shown mere negligence. The case id is [protected].
