My product being in warranty and still not working and neither the help desk nor the engineers are of any help. Please change the product asap.
Firstly please resolve my issues it has been more than 10 days that the complain remains unsolved. It's really shocking to know that the engineers you all send drop the parts so many times on the floor as the guy did while attending to my printer 3776 model number and after that he saying that the printer part is damage from inside it's really sad to have these kind of people working as the product is under warranty would like hp to take necessary steps either to replace or attend to the complain asap.
Please escalate this to top management so thst they can be aware of things rather than thinking all is going fine with the company.
I want someone to take action on this asap.
