I am compelled to highlight an utterly frustrating experience that I am having with HP re: a mal-functioning cooling fan for my laptop purchased in Jun '20. I had decided to purchase the HP laptop only after receiving great feedback from my friends / colleagues - totally regretting that decision now. I am less concerned about with the fact there is an issue with the machine (though it's barely 5 months) - I am appalled at the complete lack of accountability that your contact center / service center executives have displayed over the last couple of days. I haven't been extended the basic courtesy of an update / call back despite numerous follow ups / calls. The appended mail is just an example in point. I am writing to you with ZERO expectation given the treatment meted to me - however as a senior executive you should know how your team is creating disgruntled customers on the ground.
