Today ie date 04 oct 2017 my laptop could not "got shutdown" and same operation of switching down "forcefully" was applied which was been done since purchase of the laptop till feb 17 when your company has replaced harddisk and processor fan.
2. At that time i have suggested that please replace the unit with new one but your executives supriya mazumder, case manager
India customer relations have not accepted my proposal and now it is again due to which difficulty is faced by me, since purchase the value for my money is still zero because of which the services of your "below grade" laptop i have purchased.
3. Now the time has come to take some action in due courses my advocate will be contacting you and my ca along with my family doctor and all other associated usa and indian autorities will study the case and will file a case against your company for making a par below rated laptop which since day 1 is created so much of problems disturbing the mental and physical peace of a vauable customer like me and have disturbed how many in india and abroad.
4. I will appeal to all valuable customer think 1000 times before buying hp product on this earth wheather in india or abroad.
