I purchased a laptop from cepp employee portal on sep 29, 2017 order no[protected] with sales representative id is 340197 name sakshi, i was paid through 6 month emi only option from credit card, but i received full amount bill from bank and they said we don’t have emi request from seller. It should be converted into emi after one week of purchase.
I called the customer care several times. Every time they are giving fake assurance and that sales representative is already hiding face from first day.
Its been twenty days of purchase and still tracking detail is not updated on site that mean something is pending from your side and my emi request not sent to bank. There is no option for return/refund and my payment last date is 23th oct of 67099/- if i convert it to emi myself bank will charged 13% interest and extra charges, who is resposible for this fault?
