Purchsed from Infosoft Consultants 15-16, SF, Shiva Palace Complex, 57/19 Rajpur Road, Dehradun.
Invoice copy No. 3938dt 5 march 2015 is attached herewith for your ref.

Pl Note :
1. The initial complaint was logged with the dealer M/s Infosoft (Phone No[protected], Dehradun) on 20th March 2015 and an engineer from his side visited us and later registered the above mentioned complaint on 25th March.
2. That the Machine is the property of M/S PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry Uttarakhand Chapter.
This is highly disappointing that till now there is no response to the request. Given the reputation of the brand HP I really wonder about the customer care standards of the company as perceived by us till now. There is total lull from the customer care and also the dealer from whom we purchased the product. I'm not being able to use the product even after having paid the amount of purchase upfront.
