[Resolved] HP India — complaint not attended even after 20 days | |||
My new hp printer laserjet pro mfp m126 nw printing got struck And we have made a request to rectify it on 05022019 same registered under Ref no [protected] and confirmed that serice engineer will visit as soon as possible but evenafter 20 days none had visited and on 250219 again i called The helpline [protected] and informed we incurred heavy loss due to the negligence of hp staff and they have given to tell the reference bnjk 9385 And call local number of hp coimbatore [protected] but tha same is also out of order. i lost my HP laptop of model number HP-ay503tx. i need the mac address to file complaint and track my laptop. i have the bill and also charger with me. i dont know the serial number. i request HP TO PROVIDE THE MAC ADDRESS OF THAT LAPTOP.
