I have purchased hp laptop on august 9 2019 and registered for hp back to college offer which includes b&o headset h4, and informed that youll get headphones within 2 months but now it has been more than 4 months from the date i have ordered this headphone but still i haven't received any information or product about that and i have mailed so many times but didnt getting any responce from your side or l haven't got any update when will they dispatch that item. Please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible. If you not respond to this mail ill raise complaint against you people under cheating case.
