HP India — Complaint regarding irresponsible attitude by the authorised service center in repairing of laptop in extended warranty

I purchased hp pavilion laptop and I opted for extended warranty for 3 years after lapse basic warranty. My laptop got out of order with starting problem and the battery of laptop was also not giving specified backup. I approached authorised hp service centre in nehru place in madhuban building in Delhi with requisite documents i.e. bills and extended warranty valid up to October 22, 2022. There I met mr. Bipin Singh manager of service center and explained my issues with laptop. He outwritly rejected the changing of battery under extended warranty even though same is mentioned as deliverables on official site under my extended warranty whereas accepted the repair of starting problem .The laptop was handed on 28th June, 2021 but nothing has been done so far with the plea that motherboard is to be replaced but same is not being available to them by their head office so far. Even after a lapse of one week nothing has been done and there is no feedback provided. This irresponsible attitude on behalf of hp company service center is surprising but also damaging to their image and market credibility. Please intimate what action will be taken under defaulters and clarify the issues raised in regard with replacement of defective parts. I am a senior class 1 officer and I have purchased this laptop for official use .
