HP India — computers are not working properly from the installation day | |||
To The Manager Sales & service HP India We have purchased two (HP 120 desktop PC) computers from your Meerut authirised dealer, M/s Coincap Systems against bill no. 16 for Rs. 64, 098/- Dated 07.05.2015, the serial no. of machine are INA449XFJT & INA449XF5C. We are regret to inform you, that both the computers are not working properly from the installation day’s. We have complained our problem to your authorized dealer but, there is no action is taken by him, then we inform your customer care wide complaint no [protected], but no action have been taken from your side till 06.07.15, then we informed your service centre[protected] &[protected] on telephone. On dated 07.07.15, Mr. Avdesh from your service centre visit our office at 5 p.m. and he has not recognised & rectified the problems and return back with his assurance that he will be come on next day, but there is no communications from his side, till date. Now, we are not interested in to keep these computers and want to return back, due to your poor service after sales. You are hereby requested to return your both computers and refund our payment made to your against the same, immediately. Thanking You Indus Valley Promoters Ltd.
