HP India — Customer care guy knowingly closed my complaint without valuable help for my complaint against HP Laptop

The customer service guys called me repeatedly about the same issue which i had to narrate them every time they called me.
They forcibly did not generated any incident number for the same on repeated requests as well.
Moreover after 7 to 8 times repeating the problems both hard ware and software in my laptop the customer service representative closed my complaint saying that am being impatient after waiting for so many days.
