HP India — Damage caused by service executive named souvonik

Dear sir, i am not so technically advance that i can verify my device after service that it is 100% working. But as far as I observed i wrote on feedback form. further observation of service executive found that charging port on motherboard is broken. They( service executive) told me if it is broken by our men it will be replaced. but when final service executive came for service he told me, ' this damage was not intentional so it will not be covered under replacement policy.
