HP India — Damage my HP laptop under AMC

Hi,
I have a HP laptop which details are -
Laptop product serial no- 5CG92514QO
Laptop product part no- 4WQ12PA
Product Description - HP Laptop 14q-cs0006TU
HP Care Pack Serial Number - XX6HZ9SG53C7

As my laptop is in warranty and it has damaged on top of the power button. See the attached image. So I would request you to please repair or replace my product within warranty.

I have already raise my complaint in HP with Ticket #292386 but he said that it will be repair with extra payment. While this is manufacturing defect and this is not damage by me,
