HP India — Damaged product delivered I want refund not replacement. As it breaks my trust | |
I have purchased hp pavilion gaming laptop on aug 1st .it worked fine for 3 days and then suddenly it doesn't turn on no matter what I do.and I placed return for my laptop and asked a replacement or refund. They said technician will visit in next 20 days which is too late . generally it only takes 3-4 days for tech visit.its already been a week since I asked for replacement .but they don't respond and said to wait for 20 more days .
