[Resolved] HP India — damaged product has been given to me

I bought a laptop offline in kolkata on 25th october. After purchasing of two days i noticed that there is some spot in display and then i register a complaint (28th nov 2018) to hp company to regard that but company says that is not cover in gurantee period i want complaint regard that if i found a manufacturing defect product then is it true to say about what thing is cover in gurantee or not.

By Hp I have not get contacted .I hope my query will resolve further.
