HP India — Damaged product received 2 weeks ago | yet to receive refund or replacement | |||||
I brought one hp laptop 2 weeks ago. Received a damaged product. Called cc several times and also mailed them several times but have not received any replacement or refund. Customer care people are saying your money will be refunded but they have not made the reverse pick up yet. I am not sure if they are going to refund. This is totally unacceptable from a company like hp. That's why i am writing a complain here. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
