I bought HP Bluetooth speaker 360 from Hp India online store, I received defective piece and company is not giving refund. They take online order and payments but we cannot raise return or refund request online we have to only call there support. I called 3-4 times with different numbers, emailed them, messaged them on twitter, thye do not take any concrete action and just say tha some other team will handle. It seems they do not want to take return or refund. This is completely harassment and I lost my money to HP India.
