HP India — Defective laptop | |||
Hello HP, I had purchased HP pavilion x2-10-n 125tu from HP store computer land Nehru place Delhi on 15/1/16, from the first day I am facing issue of mute led and hang problems, two times your engineer visited my place for upgrade and download the drivers and software even Customer support also taken the remote session of my laptop and troubleshoot some steps but unable to resolve the problems, now I request you to please provide me replacement or refund my money because I am fed up with the service of HP and also suffer mentally harassments, So pls do needful asap. tnx Sandeep Kurra [protected] case I'd is [protected] case I'd is [protected] tnx Sandeep Kurra [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
