[Resolved] HP India — delay in replacing display panel of hp pavilion notebook | |||
I have hp pavilion notebook 14-al176tx which is covered with adp (Hp care pack serial number xvd3b56qsc97). It's display panel got damaged in an accident last month and i raised a ticket (Ticket # [protected]) with hp on 19th july 2017. Since then 3 engineers have visited my place who have come with incompatible display panels and tried to replace the part. It has been a week since the last engineer visited and still there is no sign of the correct part reaching my home. I have not been able to work on my laptop for almost a month now.
