I bought a HP 15s laptop 2 months back, 3 days ago its fan stopped with a big sound. I registered a complaint with HP and they told me to wait 48 hours, a representative would call me, I waited and no one called me. I contacted them again, they told me to wait 24 hours more and again no one called . I contacted them today and they are telling me to wait 24 hours more . What type of service is this . Also how a laptop that was just 2 months old become damaged . Is it a faulty product . Very poor service, poor quality product. Was this information helpful? |
