Product description: hp pavilion 15-au006tx Product number: w6t19pa Serial number: 5cd62419zf Case subject: in/nbd/hp pavilion notebook 15-au006tx all/kbd issue-win-10 I have submitted my laptop on 18th aug 2017 in vashi service center for keypad replacement under name trupti jadhav. Still hp is sending me delay messages that the part is not available. I have suffer because you don't have parts for specific laptop. And the service center people are so irresponsible. So unhappy with your service hp. It is almost 15 days i have not received my laptop. This is so unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I just received my laptop from the service center. and i also got a call from head office and reply on my complaint.The issue is solved and i like to take my complaint back. hope it won't happen again.
