However, the issue is not resolved till today.Initially i was informed that some replacement part had to be shipped to mumbai from their central warehouse. That reason was given for 2 weeks. 1)Not enough power
2) You also might have a faulty graphics card.
3) BIOS/UEFI errors( BIOS hardware incompatibility)
4) Improperly installed components
To resolve the above causes you might need to do some troubleshooting.

Make sure the power supply is enough.
Next, check your BIOS/UEFI(preboot environment) for errors.
