I have order a laptop through HP online platform. Its been 15 days now and the delivery is still expected to start 15 days from now. They are citing reasons saying its out of stock. If out of stock, why should they even have it on the portal? I paid the entire amount in advance. HP customer care never answers the phone nor does it reply to the mails.
